District Financial Information

The District Office is responsible for providing financial information, payroll services, and the administration of all other financial affairs of the District.

In compliance with state law, we provide income and expense information to the State Controller's office annually. To view this data please visit the State Controller's By The Numbers website.

Budget

The Crockett Community Services District adopts it's budget annually. The fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30.

Financial Audits

Independent audits are conducted annually. Audit Reports prior to 2008 are available at the District office for review by appointment.

Real Property

The District owns and leases various property throughout Crockett and Port Costa to provide the public with sanitary sewer and receation services.

Connection Fee Information

Connection Fee and Capacity Charge Accounting Report is conducted annually. Sometimes referred to as AB 1600 requirements they regulate the way that impact fees are imposed on development projects.
