Use of Outside Contractors

The Distict contracts with out-side vendors to provide services that are required on an as needed basis.  

The District has contracted with Robin Paul Sell to provide sewer line testing.  A dye is used to detect leaks in a property's sewer line. Work is performed through work orders approved through the District's office.
