District Office
Function and Office Hours
The District office is responsible for:

  • Acting as the point of contact for utility services and billing
  • Voicing citizen concerns or complaints and providing information
  • Accounting functions of the District, including preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
  • Maintaining official records, including all District ordinances, resolutions, policies, and minutes
  • Coordinating personnel services for the District
  • Issues all permits
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the District

Our staff is here to help but is often out in the field and cannot hold regular office hours.  We suggest calling (510) 787-2992 to setup an appointment if you need to visit the District office.

The District Office is responsible for providing financial information, payroll services, and the administration of all other financial affairs of the District.

The Crockett Community Services District operates under the Board-Manager form of government. This system combines the strength of an elected District Board with a professional manager and staff.

The District's Office includes the:
  • General Manager
  • Business Manager
  • Assistant District Secretary

The personnel office is located at the District office and is managed by the General Manager.
