Each Department Manager of the District is is responsible for handling the purchase of goods and services in their respective department.  The District Office is responsible for approving purchases, paying bills, and coordinating construction bid documents.  This includes:
  • Taking bid orders
  • Ordering supplies and services
  • Contracting for services
  • Paying for orders

Vendors who are interested in selling products and services to the District should contact the District Office at (510) 787-2992.  Vendors will be required to complete Form W-9 and submit it to our District Office.
